And so the hardest bit of Juneathon begins- the blogging. It’s an inauspicious start for me- too late, too tired, too Monday.
But I did fulfill my exercise obligations, not once but twice:
- 3.5 mile run at lunchtime; up to Regents Park from the office, to meet Helen, a social lap and chat, and then back to the office. This run was brought to you by Axel F, Dancing On The Ceiling, and Holding Out For A Hero. My Walkman must have decided that it was 80’s Day, and shuffled accordingly.
- Day Eight of Level Two of Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred. Despite starting, and re-starting this DVD more than once since Janathon, I haven’t yet got to the end. So that’s another Juneathon aim- graduate from Jillian’s school of jumping and inspirational Americanisms.
I haven’t quite got the hang of Twitter, but on the days when I’m too lazy to blog, I’ll be posting on Instagram, and linking back, in an attempt to avoid the blog-fatigue that usually ruins my Jan/Juneathon.
Here we go again!
