Training has been ongoing now for the past couple of weeks with our secondary school athletes only. For those who have not yet commenced training it would be great to see you on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm. Senior training has also resumed and many of our senior men have also joined in these sessions. We would encourage all our senior athletes, ladies and men, to participate in this training as the start of the cross country season is now only about 8 weeks away.
